Lost Generation

The lost generation is very eye opening on our how much our world cares about certain things. This video matters in my life, because it makes me think about what everyone else is thinking about in life. It also matters to me, because my life is going to be changing a lot as I get older and I have many of these same questions that were in the video and it matters because I am reassured about life when you’re older and some complications or good things that are going to happen in my life. This video matters to the world because it shows the world that some people aren’t the only one who is asking these questions. The world can either use this video to help or they could just ignore it. Instead of people thinking of life badly they can turn it around, just like in the video. This is what matters for the lost generation video.

I remember when....

In the short video that we watched on, I remember when, what matters to me is that it shows how much has changed since I have been born. It also shows how much has changed in the last decade. What matters to the world is that all this change is happening so quickly that we need to be careful what all we change. What matters to the world also is how much change everyone wants. A while ago when our parents were growing up they would watch TV. in black and white and were happy that they had a TV. then, a little later, the TV’s started coming out in color. This shows how quickly change appears and half of the time, not a lot of people notice it all.

One item is in my room and is on my wall is something that is small and has something to do with my life; this is a picture of all my animals and me. This is significance to me because it has to do with all my animals that we have rescued and that I care about in the picture. This item leads me to care about all the other animals in the world and to try to help those who have been neglected, abandoned and are starving.

Another item is something that is all hung on my walls; they are from colors of blue, red, yellow, all the way to green. The things that are hung on my wall are shiny and some are wrinkled, they are all my horse ribbons that I have won. This is significance to me because it shows how hard I have worked and how much I care about something that matters in my life. These items lead me to show others that whatever it is that you care deeply about to just try there hardest and the hard work will pay off.

The last item is two things and those two things are alive and are big, they also have hair. They are my horses. I have two quarter horses and they are significant to me because they are my life. I love them and they are amazing animals. This item leads me to care more about some of gods creations and to show others that horses will care for you if you care for them,

In the article called Colorado Wrestler Hurt in Crash Released from Hospital by Kieran Nicholson, what matters in the article is making sure that wrestlers are safe and healthy. The article states that one man named John Pursley and five other wrestling students from Chadron State College, were injured in a single-car crash. It also states that Pursley was the last one to be discharged from the hospital. What matters in the article is making sure that the six men are all safe and hurt free. What matters to the six students of Chadron State College is that they are all alive and safe. This is what matters in this article.

In the article called Boy Arrested for Alleged Threats at Fountain High School by the associated press, what matters in this article is getting the young man the help. The article stated that after sending out threat TXT messages and calling the police over the weekend a young student at Fountain High School was arrested the first day back in school. The police also said “the boy was accused of making similar threats on September 23, but the investigation found no weapons or any means of carrying out the threat, so he wasn't charged. The boy is going to be charged, but for now he is released back to his family. In this article what matters is that the people who got the threats will be able to feel safe again. Another thing that matters is having is family not have to worry about him doing this again. The most important thing that matters is trying to figure out why the boy is trying to do this and to try to help him to not feel this way about these people anymore.

In the article called Kentucky Traveler Dies on a Bus Near Vail by Howard Pankratz, what matters in this article is a man who died. In this article is says that the man got on the bus and another bus rider realized that the man was having a hard time with breathing. The man had collapsed and then another bus rider began to do CPR on the man. Then the paramedics came and they kept trying to revive him, but nothing was working. Then they finally couldn't do anything else, so the Kentucky man died that day. What mattered in this article was trying to bring the man back to life. Another thing that mattered was that the other passengers had to see what happened to that one man. This is what matters in this article.

In this article called Early Morning Fire Guts Aurora Home by Kieran Nicholson, what matters in this article is that everyone is safe. There was a fire in Aurora early in the morning, which fled five people from their home, but no one was hurt. The fire moved all the way, to there neighbor storage shed, but the firefighters put the two fires out in less then 30 minutes. What matters in this article is that everyone was safe. There might have been a lot of damage done, but all the family cares about is being safe with no injury’s to take care of.
